You may know her as Michelle from the Guiding Light. Others
may know her better as the girl next door turned, mother, teacher and singer
Haley James Scott from the popular CW teen show One Tree Hill. Do you really
know the real person behind these characters? Let’s find out a little more
about the inspiring and multi-talented Bethany Joy Lenz.

What’s your idea
of a perfect Sunday? Coffee & Sunday Paper, Farmer’s Market, nap,
neighborhood walk to a local restaurant for dinner, evening movie at home by a
fire.

What’s your
favourite thing to do with Maria? Too many to name :)

What’s your must
have items of clothes in your wardrobe? Super-soft white button up shirts,
denim cutoffs

What’s the best
advice a person has ever given to you? Trust yourself
5.
What’s the best
advice you could give a person about believing in themselves? Look at
yourself in the mirror every days and tell yourself what you want to hear other
people say about you.
6.
Any hidden
talents? I’ve got a MacGuyver streak in me.
I can solve many physical puzzles using bizarre, unexpected objects, and
do so quite frequently.
7.
If you could
live anywhere else in the world, where would it be? England

out? Both depending on the week
11. Do you like your own name? I’m not crazy about Bethany. I kind of sound like I live in a country
club, don’t you think?
12. What affect do you hope your music has on
your fans? peace, inspiration
13. What’s one thing you’re dying to do but
haven’t yet? Raced through a field on horseback while wearing a big giant
skirt.
14. With whom is your dream duet? Billy

15. What’s your go to karaoke song? Crazy,
Patsy Cline
16. What’s your guilty pleasure snack?
Frozen chocolate covered banana slices from Trader Joes
17. If your house was burning down, other than
your loved ones, what would be the next thing you would save? My computer
and antique books
18. If you could live a day in the life of
someone else past or present who would it be and why? Nelson Mandela. I think it would significantly change my life
for the better to have that experience.
Or Stallone while he was shooting Rocky.
I think living inside that kind of drive and being able to let it out as
a man does would feel really incredible.
19. If you could star in one Broadway musical,
which would you choose and why? I still have a hard time hearing the
soundtrack to Beauty & the Beast knowing I turned down Belle on bway when
it was offered to me. One of my only
regrets in life is that decision. Other
than that I think I’d sink my teeth into South Pacific.
20.
What’s your
proudest accomplishment? Raising my
daughter as a single mom and failing every day and winning every day. It’s a roller coaster but I’ve never been so
proud of anything. She’s an amazing kid.
